Pork Chops and Gravy
4-6 lean pork chops (browned in a pan first)
1 pkg of gravy mix mixed with water
1/2 pkg Lipton onion soup mix
Cook on low all day. When ready to serve remove the pork chops and shred. Whisk up the gravy and add some flour or cornstartch to thicken. Serve over rice.

Chicken Cordon Bleu
4 frozen chicken breasts
1/2 lb deli sliced ham
1/2 lb sliced swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box of stuffing prepared according to directions
Layer all the ingredients in the order listed
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Chicken Teriyaki
10-12 frozen chicken tenders
1 bag frozen oriental vegetables
1 bottle of teriyaki sauce
Cook on high 3 hours or low 4-6 hours.
Serve over rice.
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
I OFTEN MAKE THIS WHEN I HAVE TO TAKE DINNER IN TO SOMEONE.
I just make a jello salad, buy a bag of potato chips and rolls, maybe baked beans and it always gets rave reviews.
4-6 frozen chicken breasts
2 large bottles of BBQ sauce.
Cook all day, then shred and serve on buns.
Chicken Cacciatore
2-4 frozen chicken breasts
1 jar of chunky vegetable spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10
Place chicken breasts on a platter and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Serve over spaghetti noodles.

Creamy Chicken and Rice
Add four frozen chicken breasts, two cans of cream of chicken soup, 1 packet of Italian seasoning to the crockpot and cook on high for 3-5 hours.
During the last hour add 2 c. of milk (adding earlier will cause it to curdle)
Shred chicken and serve over rice.
Creamy Chicken Tacos
Add four frozen chicken breasts and one large jar of salsa to the crockpot. Cook for 3-5 hours on high.
During the last 1/2 hours add 1 c. of sour cream.
Serve rolled in a tortilla with melted Monterey Jack cheese.
Easy Salsa Chicken
Add four frozen chicken breasts and one large jar of salsa to the crockpot. Cook on high for 3-5 hours. Shred chicken and serve over rice.

Potato Corn Chowder
4 potatos diced, cooked
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cans corn
1 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1 TBSP. parsley
Combine all ingrediants in the crock pot. Cook on low for 2-4 hours.
