6 whisked eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp baking powder
6 TBSP melted butter
put in a greased 9 x 13 pan
top with 3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/2 lb monterey jack cheese
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 for 30-40 min
