Taffy Apple Pizza

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough (cook 10-15 min, let cool)
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

combine and spread on top of cookie

then on top arrange
2 med granny smith apples (corked, peeled, thinly sliced) soaked in 1 c. 7-up.

Then sprinke on cinnamon and 1/2 c. nuts.
Finally drizzle on caramel topping
