Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Mix

 6 whisked eggs

1 c. milk

1/2 c. flour

1 tsp baking powder

6 TBSP melted butter

put in a greased 9 x 13 pan

top with 3/4 c. cottage cheese

1/2 lb monterey jack cheese

1/2 lb cheddar cheese

Bake at 350 for 30-40 min

Peanut Butter Oreo Pie

OREO crust
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 of an 8 oz block of cream cheese
1/3 cup powdered sugar
4 oz cool whip
4-serving box of instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 cups milk

Let cream cheese thaw and mix together with peanut butter, powdered sugar and cool whip until smooth. Pour over Oreo crust.

Make pudding using 1 1/2 cups milk. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Top with extra whipped topping. Grate chocolate candy bar on top. Chill. Store leftovers in fridge (if there are any!).
